Brown Sugar Flavored Syrup(Classic) 2 L

For drawing the dark streaks of brown sugar milk tea on the walls of the glass. Finish with milk and tapioca pearls, or choose a black milk tea base.

Let the syrup run down the inside wall of the glass before adding milk and pearls. The contrast between the pale milk and the dark streaks creates the tiger-stripe effect. With black tea and milk you get a second version in which the infusion can be tasted too.
