Wintermelon Flavored Syrup 2 L

A winter melon-flavoured syrup sweetened with cane sugar. Diluted with water and served over ice, it is perfect for making the classic winter melon drink; a squeeze of lemon juice is ideal for balancing its sweetness.

The water-based preparation does not require brewing tea leaves. For a more intense aroma, the syrup can be added to a previously brewed oolong and enjoyed cold. Slices of fresh lemon bring out the citrus variation, while jelly de coco (coconut jelly) adds a unique texture, perfect for bubble tea style drinks.
